Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on business days will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States only. For international orders, please visit our International page.
- Some oversized items (e.g., fishing rod combos) may require additional shipping charges.
- P.O. Box addresses are supported for Standard Shipping only.
Return & Refund Policy
365-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 365 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as non-returnable)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Choose the items you'd like to return and the reason
- Print the prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your items securely and drop off at the nearest carrier location
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Exchange
- Initiate a return following the steps above
- In the return reason, select "Exchange for a different item"
- Specify the item you'd like to receive instead
- We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is a higher price, you'll be charged the difference
- If the replacement item is a lower price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method
- Exchanges must be requested within the 365-day return window
Expedited Exchanges
Need your replacement faster? Contact our support team to arrange an expedited exchange, where we ship your new item before receiving your return (a temporary hold may apply).
