    If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match the listing, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the order β€” whichever resolves the issue best. Our team responds to all inquiries within one business day.

    Fraud Protection

    Suspicious orders may be held for additional verification. If we need extra information from you we'll reach out by email or phone before processing. Orders that cannot be verified within five business days are cancelled and refunded in full.
