International Orders

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Venmo, and wire transfer.

All orders are processed in USD. Your credit card company will bill the charges in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

In an effort to protect the security of our customers, additional authorization information may be required for international purchases. International orders awaiting information will be held for up to 5 days before being cancelled.

Restricted Products

Some brands we carry may not be shipped outside of the United States. These items will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Addresses

We reserve the right to prohibit shipment to any international or United States address that has a history of fraudulent orders or customs and delivery issues. Additional restrictions may apply to hotel and freight-forwarding addresses that require a signature on delivery.

We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Returns

All products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original manufacturer's box.

Any shipping, customs, duties, taxes or other fees from your original order are non-refundable. Any customs fees incurred when the package re-enters the United States will be deducted from your refund.

The international shipping services available for your order depend on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

Note: Shipping quotes do not include duties and import taxes imposed by your home country. Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays.

World Mail

• Expected delivery: 3–6 weeks
• Service: UPS International Mail
• Weight limit: Less than 2 pounds
• Value limit: Lower than $75 USD
• Tracking: Neither World Mail nor local delivery services provide tracking information.

USPS Express Mail

• Expected delivery: 7–14 days
• Value limit: Lower than $200 USD
• Tracking: A limited tracking system is available via the United States Postal Service.

UPS Worldwide Express

• Expected delivery: 1–3 business days
• Tracking: Comprehensive tracking provided through UPS.

There are no U.S. taxes on international orders; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes imposed by your home country.

We strongly suggest you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.

We will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal, or abandonment.
