How to Track

- Log in to your account and visit My Orders to view order status
- Click the tracking number to see real-time updates from the carrier
Order Status Guide

| Processing | Your order has been received and is being prepared |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way — check tracking for updates |

| Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled and a refund is being processed |
Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?
- Allow up to 24 hours after your order ships for the tracking email to arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder
- If you still haven't received it, contact us and we'll help you locate your order

Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you may have the option to place a backorder. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available, and you will be notified via email with an estimated ship date.
Pre-Orders
Select items may be available for pre-order before their official release date. Pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase and shipped on or near the release date.
Stock Notifications

Discontinued Items
